Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 03/16/2023. There were 4 children, ages 15 months to 5 years, totaling 11 points and one caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and
equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records, one caregiver/applicant record, and one household member record
were reviewed. The children were observed during outdoor time and rest time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 12:30 pm and departed at 2:15 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
