Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/11/2023. There were 2 children, ages 22 months to 2 years, totaling 5 points and one caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and
equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, one caregiver, and one household member record were reviewed. The children were observed during self-directed activities and snack time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:30 am and departed at 12:15 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
