Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/07/2023. There was one child, age 2 years, totaling 2 points, and one caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and
equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of one child record, one caregiver, and one household member record were reviewed. The child was observed during a self-directed activity. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 12:00 pm and departed at 12:45 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
