Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:10pm-2:00pm. One enrolled child and one resident child were present, directly supervised by the provider. The home, 4 caregiver/household member records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely. The provider was actively engaged and encouraging with the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
