Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 21, 2023 and concluded on February 24, 2023.There were 120 children present, ranging in ages from infancy to 4 years, with 27 staff supervising and 2 administrative staff at the facility. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, background checks, and nutrition. A total of 8 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation and interview, the center did not ensure all children's hands shall be washed with soap and running water after toileting and any contact with blood, feces, or urine.

Evidence: During the inspection on February 21, 2023, there was observation in classroom 7 of diapering of Child#2 by Staff#5 and Child#2 hands were not washed after diapering.
