An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 23, 2024 and
completed on September 25, 2024 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:02 am and ended at 11:08 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 121 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 16 children's records and 7 staff records electronically on September 24, 2024. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
