Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 09/12/24 and completed on 09/13/24. The on-site inspection began at 11:45am and ended at 2:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 34 children present and nine staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 09/13/24. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
