Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact and documentation review.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 09/22/21 and was completed on 10/13/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children present, ranging in ages two years-5 years with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision. No medications are being administered. A total of two children's records and two staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
