Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on January 21, 2026, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on December 23, 2025, relating to allegations of child records and hours of operation. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
