Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone/email contacts, documents review, interviews and a tour of the program. A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/8 and concluded on 9/15. The director was contacted by email and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 2 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
