Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 7 children in care, with a total of two staff members assigned to their direct supervision. During this inspection the children were observed transitioning from classroom activities to eating lunch. All children bring their own lunch foods from home.

The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, emergency preparedness, the physical plant, staff records, background checks, children's records, and caregiver training. It was reported to the Inspector that no children's medications are currently on site.

Based on a review of staff records, it was determined that one staff member has not submitted the results of a follow-up tuberculosis screening at least every two years.
Evidence:
The TB Health Screening for staff person A expired on 11/7/2020.
Plan of Correction: An appointment for a health screening is scheduled for tomorrow.
