A complaint regarding behavior guidance was investigated on 10/23/2023. The center had 6 children present with 2 staff supervising. Observed lunch time and playtime as well as dancing and dismissal. After observing the group and reviewing the behavior guidance with the staff after the program was over, this complaint was deemed not valid. The ongoing compliance with the standards is the responsibility of the licensee.
