Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/8/24 and concluded on 4/8/24. There were 7 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:35am and concluded at 11:40am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center failed to ensure that monthly practiced evacuation drills were conducted.

Evidence:

Based on review of documents and discussions with administration the center did not conduct an emergency evacuation drill for March 2024 as required.
Plan of Correction: Monthly emergency evacuation drills will be conducted and recorded as required for compliance.
