Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 03/19/25 and completed on 03/19/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:40am and ended at 12 noon. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
