Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 10/29/2021 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 10/28/2021. Two staff records and one children?s record were reviewed. The inspector reviewed requirements and compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies. Observations were made in one classroom.
Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so the complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
