A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) complaint inspection was initiated on February 23, 2023 and concluded on February 23, 2023. There were 46 children present with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision. The information gathered during the investigation supports the allegation, so the complaint is found to be valid.
