Inspector Notes
An on-site initial subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on February 5, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:15 a.m. and ended at 12:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed about. There were 23 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and one staff record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, observations and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicablecode sections. No violations were issued.
