Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 11, 2022 from 12:15 though 1:30. Upon arrival there were 10 children, ages 3-5, in the care of 3 staff. Four children records were reviewed. Two staff records were reviewed remotely on April 22, 2022.

Areas observed were: hand washing/bathroom procedures, transition, lunch and nap. Children appeared to be well aware of the daily routine and scheduled. No medication is being administered at the present.
