Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 12, 2023, from 10:25 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. Upon arrival, there were 14 children, ages 3 through 4, in the care of 3 staff.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records were reviewed. Annual review of staff records will be scheduled at a later date.
