Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/13/2024 from 10:40 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. There were 17 children in care ages 3 years through 5 years old under the supervision of two staff. Children were observed outdoors, during transition time, circle time and centers.

Six children's records and documentation reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
