Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/25/2024 and completed on 07/26/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:15 pm and ended at 2:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 88 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included:

Based on observation, the cdc did not ensure hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
In the artist cabin 1 there was an unlocked upper cabinet above the sink that contained several cleaning agents.
