Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.

A complaint inspection was initiated on October 8, 2021 and concluded on December 7, 2021 in response to a complaint that was received by the agency on September 30, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector interviewed the provider with regard to compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, Care of Children and Preventing the Spread of Disease. The parent Handbook and written policies and procedures were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on interviews, the provider did not ensure that when a child's diaper or clothing becomes wet or soiled, the child is cleaned and changed immediately.
Plan of Correction: The following written plan of correction was received from the provider on 1/13/2022:
"I will make sure that the parents bring in a change of clothes and I will have some extra change of clothes for kids in care just in case an accident does happen."
