Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff, in part using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews. An in person tour of the program was also conducted.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 2/1/2022 and concluded on 2/2/2022. There were 11 children present with 2 staff supervising on 2/2/2022. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
