Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 10:40am and 11:50am. There were 11 children present with the Provider and 2 assistant for a total of 27 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing freely with manipulative and pushing toys, painting and tracing. Hand washing procedures were also observed. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Violations
4Evidence: Infant Bumbo seats were recalled in 2007 and in 2012. Child #4 was observed sitting in a Bumbo seat.
Evidence: Child #1's record did not contain documentation that the emergency contact information had been reviewed since enrollment in January 2022.
Evidence: There were three diaper creams observed near the diaper changing station that were expired; 3/2022, 5/2022 and 7/2022.
Evidence: Child #1 (21 months) most recent documented immunizations are from when the child was 12 months old.
