Inspector Notes

A Licensing Inspector Anderson & Licensing Inspector Basham conducted an unannounced Complaint inspection I response to allegations received on April 18, 2023. Complainant alleged adult-child ratios were not maintained & an insufficient number of adults were present during the opening morning hours.

The inspection was initiated on April 20, 2023 and the findings were reviewed on May 2, 2023. There were a total of 44 children ages 5-10 years old present with 3 staff members providing supervision/care.

As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?
