Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 2, 2023 from approximately 2:30pm-3:45pm. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 116 children present 29 staff. Additional staff were on site for administrative and support purposes. The children were eating snack, dancing, and preparing for activities. Four children records were reviewed and four staff records were reviewed remotley.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the vendor did not ensure their was search of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.
