Inspector Notes

An annual religious exempt inspection was completed on March 1, 2024 the inspection was conducted from 12:10 pm - 3:30pm. In There were 198 children present and 26 staff and additional staff were present. Classrooms observed infant, todlders, two years, 3 years and 4?5-year-olds. Ten children records and 7 staff records were reviewed. Five medications and 4 injury records were reviewed. Outdoor area was inspected.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
