Inspector Notes

A Renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/19/2023. There were 20 children present with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and10 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 11:30 am and concluded at 4:50 pm.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
