Licensing inspector arrived at 1:15pm and departed at 3:05pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of arrival was 39 children in care with 9 staff . The Licensing Inspector observed children napping and arrival procedures . The sample size consisted of 4 children records and 4 staff records. Areas of non-compliance were reviewed with the owner.
