An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/09/2022 from 10:58 am - 1:20 pm. At the time of entrance there were 18 children in care with 4 staff. The children ranged in age from 11 weeks - four years.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on record review and interview, the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration.
