Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/09/2022 and completed on 12/30/2022 in response to a self-reported allegation of non-compliance in the areas of supervision and care and protection of children.

The information gathered included a review of children and staff records, written policies, interviews with children and staff and a review of the physical plant.

In-person inspections were conducted on 12/09/2022, 12/12/2022 and on 12/30/2022.

Based on the information gathered, these allegations can not be substantiated therefore, no violations of the CDC standards were found.
