An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/13/2024.The on-site inspection began at 2:00 p.m. and ended at 2:50 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

Various cleaning products were observed in the upper cabinets inside the children's bathroom in two classrooms. The cabinets were not locked.
