Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/8/2025 The on-site inspection began at 11:00 AM and ended at 1:10 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 59 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1There was a spray bottle of a cleaning substance observed in a locked cabinet above the toilet in the toddler classroom. The spray bottle was not labeled to identify the contents.
