Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A non mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/31/2021 and concluded on 8/31/2021. This inspection was to inspect suite # 180, an additional 4 classrooms. The classrooms were inspected using FaceTime, only 1 room, classroom #4 will be used until enrollment increases. The building request form allows a total of 130 children. The director is requesting to increase to 130 children. There were no vioaltions cited during this inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
