Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 2 children (7 points) present with 1 caregiver. The home, children records, caregiver records, household member records, menu's, attendance records, evacuation records, emergency preparedness information, emergency supplies and cribs were reviewed. The children were observed, one was playing with floor toys the other was in a bouncing seat. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
