Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/11/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:20 p.m. and ended at 3:10 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 7 staff records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

If hazardous substances are not kept in original containers, the substitute containers shall clearly indicate their contents.

There were two unlabeled bottles containing cleaning agents located in the "cleaning supplies" closed in the Foglia classroom.
Plan of Correction: We do not use cleaners in unlabeled bottles anymore, those must not have been removed. All cleaners should be in a pre-labeled bottle. The unlabeled bottles were removed during the inspection.
