Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/23/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing inspector on 4/23/2025 relating to supervision of children. The inspector reviewed 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children under 10 years of age always shall be within actual sight and sound supervision of staff.
On 4/21/2025 at approximately 2:00 PM, staff #1 was observed sleeping in the alberello 1 classroom. There were 10 children present between the ages of 3-5 years of age. All children were sleeping. Staff #1 confirmed that they had fallen asleep for approximately 10 minutes.
