During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 6/17/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:45 PM and ended at 2:15 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
4Staff member 5s most recent TB screening is dated 3/8/2023. The TB screening is overdue by approximately 3 months.
There is a large area of resilient surfacing at the bottom of the playground slide that has deteriorated down to the cement. The surface is no longer resilient for potential falls.
In inside areas occupied by children, the temperature shall be maintained no lower than 68?F.
The thermostat in the Radici classroom was set to 65?F during the inspection.
A topical sunscreen for child #6 was observed in the Alberillo classroom.
