Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted April 25, 2024 from approximately 1:25pm to 2:40pm with the provider on site. There were 2 children (4 points) present with 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children's files and 2 caregiver/household files were reviewed. The children were resting. The physical space, attendance records, drill record, menu and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Information gathered during the inspection determined non[1]compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
