Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/22/2022. 71 children were directly supervised by 19 staff. The physical space, 4 children's records, 4 new staff records, incident/accident reports and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed finishing lunch (turkey sausage, toast, pineapple & milk), preparing for nap time, engaging in teacher led group activities, preparing to go outside and interacting with the staff. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
