Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 4/16/2024 from12:15 pm - 1:55 pm. At the time of entrance, 3 children, ages 11 months to 3 years old, were in care with the vendor. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 1 caregiver record.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
