When an authorization for medication expires, the parent shall be notified that the medication needs to be picked up within 14 days or the parent must renew the authorization.
A medication authorization expired on 11/18/2025. The authorization was not renewed and the medication remains onsite.

The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.

Plan of Correction: I completed shelter in place drills on these months instead of evacuation drills. I will complete an evacuation drill monthly and shelter in place twice a year in addition to the evacuation drills.
