Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate hybrid protocol, including an on-site inspection of the family day home and virtual review of documents.

A request to change the location of the family day home license was received on January 11, 2022. An on-site initial inspection was initiated on January 27, 2022 and concluded on January 27, 2022. The new residency was inspected and complied with current family day home standards. The provider will provide care using two rooms on the first floor of the home to children ages birth through 12 years. The home was equipped with supplies and age appropriate materials. A capacity of (5) five children is recommended based on zoning regulations. A virtual component of the inspection was conducted to review records and documentation. There were no children present. A total of two child records and two caregiver records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
