Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, July 17, 2023, as a follow-up to the issuance of a provisional license. The inspector was on site from approximately 1:00 pm until 1:30 pm. There were three children present with one caregiver supervising for a value of seven points. Children were observed napping. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of previously cited: administration, caregiver training, environment and emergencies.
One child record was reviewed and training records for two caregivers were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
