During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on January 23, 2026 and completed on January 23, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 1:40 PM and ended at 2:15 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three children present and two caregivers; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and two caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
