An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 07/11/2024 and completed on 07/11/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30 am and ended at 12:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records 2 staff records, and 1 household member record on-site.
