Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during the unannounced renewal inspection conducted from 9:50 AM to 10:55 AM. Today, there were seven children, ages infancy through two years (fifteen points), with the provider. I viewed daily routines, activities, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, equipment, posted information, five records for children, three caregiver/resident records, caregiver training, emergency plan, emergency supplies and drill records, nutrition/menu, indoor and oudoor areas. The provider was observed responding to children's needs for care and attention. Toys were available in the play room. Regular outside experiences have been enjoyed, weather permitting. There have not been any minor injuries to treat. No transportation provided. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
