A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/16/2022 and concluded on 11/16/2022. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 14 months to 2.5 years, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 provider/household member records were reviewed/updated.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
