A renewal inspection was initiated on 04/25/2023 and concluded on 04/25/2023. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 7 months to 3 years old, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child, 1 provider, and 2 household member records were reviewed.
