Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 07/14/2021 and concluded on 07/16/2021. The program owner and program director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 45 children, ages 13 months-11 years, with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records, 3 complete staff records, the background check requirements for one newly hired staff, one manager record and 2 medications were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
